Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I took my car in for some brake work and to have them figure out why my air bag light was on. Before doing any work, I was called to hear what WAS wrong and what WASN'T wrong with the estimate of how much they fix would be. I am very happy with the work done and Pro Tech now has a new local customer because I feel that I can trust them!

These guys stand behind their work. If it's not right, they will make it right. I tried taking my elderly father's F250 Super Duty to them, but they don't work on diesel engines. I've had great service, fair prices (and the price they quote is the price you pay!), and I would recommend them to my mother. Like another review said, they don't try to fix what is not broken.



I really think this is a shop that is doing things the right way. Fair prices. Great service. They are my mechanic shop of choice.



I have a 2002 Toyota Tundra. My wife has a 2000 Honda Accord. My son has a 1998 Nissan pickup. We run older vehicles and Pro-tech has helped us save a lot of money doing so.



I would suggest that anyone in the Mandarin/Baymeadows areas should give a try.

My dad had used Pro-Tech many years ago and was VERY impressed with their service. He referred me to them when I needed work done on my 1995 Saturn and they gave me the same great service he claimed to have. If you are looking for HONEST, affordable, and quality car repair then you owe it to yourself to go see these guys.

Due to the fact I did not want charge such an amount on my credit card, with a vacation coming up at that time, Pro Tech Automotive help me out a great deal. For over $1400.00 of work: Air Conditioning, overhaul of breaks, and entire new muffler for my 1996 Ford Ranger they allowed me to set up a payment plan to pay the amount in full, while having my Air conditioning, non-squealing breaks, noise free muffler truck. And I would like to add that they had the work done within 2 days after setting up payments. saj

Lantz Herman and his staff of gifted mechanics do a terrific job from beginning to end. They investigate your auto, properly diagnose current problems, and also advise you of future problems. Then they repair your vehicle, making sure any warranties you have on your vehicle are utilized. All this with prompt, friendly "Quality" service. I feel confident and secure knowing my wife or myself are driving our vehicles after a Pro Tech repair.

I have highly recommended them to everyone I know, and I would never trust my vehicles to anyone else.

I was travleing the week before last and my truck started to run hot. I pulled into Pro-Tech because it just happened to be in front of me. The staff was very professional and friendly. They quickly accessed my truck and found that I had a ruptured radiator hose. They also pointed out that the serpentine belt was frayed. They offered to make repairs with no strong selling or scare tatics. They gave me an estimate before they began repairs and there was no hidden extras. It was nice for a repair shop not to try and sell me a rebuild or a new truck. These guys have earned my trust and my business.

Love that I can stop in on my way to work, and pick up the finished car in the same day.

Cost of the basic stuff the dealer was doing is about TWICE what ProTech charged me...

ASE master tech works on my car, not some little grease monkey.
