The review by Alex U. does NOT sound like we are reviewing the same person/business! My experience and the experience of many others was totally opposite.

Juan gave a quote to repair "potholes" in my limestone floor and seal the floor that was extremely reasonable - I would go so far as to say 5 star.
He arrived on time and was totally professional in his time onsite.
The repairs to "potholes" in my limestone floor were invisible once Juan was done. He even came back free-of-charge to fine-tune an area of the floor that was "grabby".
Juan exceeded my expectations and I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Do not give him any money until the job is 100% done. Took $2000 deposit on $4500 job, after 3 days of work told me that he needed to order more supplies on line and he will finish the work after. A week later i was told that the supplies needed are $800 and this is not worth it for him. Refused to finish the work or refund my money.
