I have been wanting to get my breast augmentation done by Dr. Kirk for years! Her work is incredible and stood above everyone elses in my eyes. She as a person is such a calming and comforting personality, which is what you need in a surgeon! Also helps she is a woman and knows the female body! Becky, her Nurse Practitioner has been amazing in my recovery as well and I could not be any happier with my results! I wouldn't have wanted any other practice to do my procedure!

I have been going to posh for years. I trust Dr Kirk so much! she always gets it and is understanding of just what I need. the absolute best plastic surgeon in Jacksonville. Becky is wonderful and has so much knowledge of all the non surgical treatments. she is so candid and will tell you what works and what is a waste of time. you won't go wrong there.

My appointment was at 8:00 am. I was told to arrive 10 minutes prior to fill out new patient paperwork. I entered at 7:50 am to complete my new patient paperwork. I finished at 8:05 am, I was put in an examination room and told to put a robe on and Dr. Kirk will be in soon. The "SOON" never came. I waited for 45 minutes and Dr. Kirk nor her staff checked on me or made me aware of what was going on. Dr. Kirk WAS in the office. I could hear her going in and out of other patient rooms (3 patient rooms to be exact) but she never entered my room. I left and later called the office back to express my concerns. I did speak with Dr. Kirk and she told me she was sorry she was running late. Running late I can excuse but not when you see other patients before me and I was the first scheduled patient of the day. If this doctor has SLOPPY customer service skills...what other SLOPPY skills does she have? WATCH.. this office will have a smart response... great way to get and keep patients.

Do not get the go tattless procedure! You will be left with a nasty keloid scar and infection ! !! This procedure needs to be outlawed. It's very painful and expensive. See my full review on yelp with pictures.

Everyone needs to know that Dr. Sofia Kirk rocks! I have had multiple procedures over the past 4 years and have been extremely pleased every time. I have recommended Posh Plastic Surgery to several friends, neighbors and family members. I would not have done this if I didn't have confidence in Dr. Kirk and her staff.

The staff is very professional and very nice. The office is beautiful and cozy inside. They take the time to answer all of your questions and Debbie is very patient and answered all of my financial questions , Dr Kirk is very nice not to mention very pretty and I did not feel embarrassed when I talked to her about my procedure , she was just as excited as I was. Colleen was very sweet and made me laugh especially the closer I got to my surgery date. Everything went so smooth and I am very happy with the outcome.

I had my implants done by Dr. Kirk 2 years ago and she was great. The procedure, recovery, and results were great. Recently I developed melasma and decided to get IPL and of course made an appointment with Posh. They are very professional and great people. They suggested I wait until the summer was over (because I love to be in the sun) and the results would be much more favorable if waited. They care about your results, they are not just trying to fill there bank. I would and do highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Bad, selfish, worst attitude.

I had two procedures done here, one on my face and one on my chest. Im very upset with how everythiong turned out. My chest is disfigured and i have a residual contact dermatitus due to their lack of concern and knowledge on the procedures they performed on me. Every time i went in for a check up it was the same answer even when my face was swollen, red and itchy. They said everything is fine you will love the results. Wrong, i am a walking mess. Coose your doctor wisely, go with your gut feeling i didnt. they were friendly so i thought everything would be ok.

Dear Dr. Kirk and staff, (you have wonderful staff by the way) - thank you again for my beautiful face..You did a fabulous job!!!! I get reminded of it by my friends all the time.. Who would'nt enjoy being told "Wow, you look great!!!! " I am your best advertising and that is exactly what I do.. I refer friends to POSH PLASTIC SURGERY.. Thank you thank you ...see you soon

Dr. Kirk is one of the most professional, personal and down to earth physicians I have ever met. I would trust her with any member of my immediate or extended family. What a great asset she is to our community's medical staff and POSH Plastic Surgery for the general public's aesthetic needs and opinion/consultation! She will always have our referral :)

I have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kirk and her staff!! I researched many Plastic Surgery centers in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area prior to my procedure and was extremely impressed with Posh Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kirk is a highly qualified and well respected Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Her staff is caring, efficient and very professional. As a business owner in the medical field, this is very important to me.



My results have far surpassed my expectations! I was originally referred by three very close friends that are patients of Dr. Kirk's. They are extremely thrilled with their results and entire experience as well. I will definitely return to return to Dr. Kirk when the need arises again!!

When I met Dr. Kirk, I knew she had an admirable sense of professionalism, a proficient level of skill in the industry and an excellent care for her patients as if each one were the only one she had. Recently, there have been changes in staff that have proven to take her practice to an even more flourishing business. The minute I walk into the office, I know that I am going to be taken care of with the highest level of care and respect. I have been going to Dr. Kirk for many years now and she is a wonderful person and a very talented doctor. I have always been treated with great respect and received the best service I could have expected, that is why I still go to her after year after year. I was there recently and the staff she has now are far better than the people that used to work there in the past. She has carefully chosen each member of her team for their good nature and professionalism.



As for the reviews below I can only say that they are simply not true. I agree with Mary and Vickie below, they must be by someone trying to cause trouble for Posh for personal reasons, I think it is sad that people are so full of hate that they have to behave this way.



I will be showing my support for Dr. Kirk and her team in the best way, by going back again and advising my friends to do the same.

The staff cares about nothing but themselves. You will see if u make the mistake of going there. Please choose wisely. Just because she is cheap...does't mean she is good.

I just read Mary's posting and I agree... These ladies below must be from a competitive office or something... They are so viscous, you know what they say about the internet, you can unjustly tear someone down for nothing at all. We see it with our kids, ex-partners, employers, etc. I have had a heck of a time with my young innocent daughter and other kids saying hurtful, untrue things about her on the internet, its horrible... The reason I say this about POSH and the reason I took the time to post this is because I have been going to POSH for more than 5-years and they have all been wonderful to me, I have never felt so welcome any where. I love my Implants and my husband had Laser Hair Removal of his back & shoulders and we both love it... Yes, they have great prices!!! Thank god, we all need it, maybe that's the part they get.... Go to POSH and see for yourself... Don't believe people that are either not happy in life or another office trying to tear business from a threatening competitor. VC

Wow... I read these reviews & the first thing that comes to mind is WHAT are you talking about. I had my Tummy Tuck and Implants done with POSH, Dr. Kirk & staff (Including Mr. McLane) they all where wonderful. I run my own business and I see these type of people in my store all the time. I will admit, I am smart enough to see through words such as these; have you ever heard the saying, "you can't satisfy everyone"? Well, I feel for offices like POSH, for having to deal with unreasonable people like these... Keep up the great work guys! Mary S.

Found out recently that "Dr" McLane is not even a doctor. At all. He's never been to medical school. Had a consultation with another plastic surgeon for a 2nd opinion after my appt with Posh, and this doctor told me that Posh and Charlie McLane are basically the laughingstock of the plastic surgery community. He said his office has gotten so many complaints about Posh - their pricing (it's cheap, then they jack it up later with a bunch of exorbinant "extras"), their quality of work (it's awful), and their after-care (there's not any). I am SO glad that I didn't trust Posh with my surgery. Lesson learned. If you have the money to spend on plastic surgery, go to a good doctor with proven results and no complaints. You can't shop at Walmart and expect Saks Fifth Avenue!

If you value your self-worth, self-esteem, dignity, and sanity, stay away from Dr. McLane and Posh Medical. Dr. Kirk is nice, but the business end of the practice is Dr. McLane's area. He is the rudest, most arrogant, abusive, offensive man I have ever met. I went to him for a tummy tuck. I had a few pounds to lose, and he put me on the HCG diet. I was quite happy with the results (lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks), but he berated me, telling me I should have lost more, I was cheating on the diet, etc. I wasn't cheating. I thought I was doing well. He uses words like "bottom line", phrases like "medication isn't free", told me I got a "great deal", and should be happy to be working with him. It was a ridiculous experience. I felt like I was negotiating a used car. There is nothing warm or fuzzy like this guy, he is only out to make a buck. He doesn't care about patient's health or well being, and has zero bedside manner. His receptionist (also his mother-in-law), is rude and ignorant. One of his nurses (his wife) seemed nice, but it's hard to tell since her face has been botoxed and collagen injected so much. The whole place is just a joke. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
