I came aboard in 2010 from ingleside senior home. I went where my fiance lived as she wished. 2011 cindy died and now am looking to find a home closer to library 918 edgewood ave s

There are 2 residents that lives at this facility and are still panhandling. One of the residents were just released from Jail on 10/28/2016 and back at the panhandling again the same day. This facility also are receiving money for the stay of these residents that are spending time in jail. this is not right. We TAXPAYERS are paying for the stay of them at this facility and also in JAIL at the same time.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS FACILITY AND THE 2 PANHANDLERS. THESE 2 RESIDENNTS DOES UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS WRONG.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR RESIDENTS THAT PANHANDLES. GET THEM EVAULUATED AND GET TREATMENT FOR THEM FOR THERE SICKNESS OF BEGGING FOR MONEY AND FOOD. AND ALSO THEY ARE SAYING THEY ARE HOMELESS. WHICH THEY ARE NOT.

The staff of this facility does not care what there residents do outside this facility. When brought to there attention they say we can only talk to them and say that they need not do that again.

They have violated the HIPPA Guidelines
