I had been a long time member of Planet Fitnes. Everything was fine until my financial situation changed and no longer could afford the membership. I called in October to cancel membership and was told I can't do so over the phone, would have to go to the gym to do so between 8 and 5. I work, go to school and I have a 7yr old diabetic child that keeps me more than busy..time is not on my side and I work during those hours. I check my account only to find that planet drafted another payment PLUS LATE FEE and it's 2 days before Christmas. I called first and the lady working that morning was absolutely no help, she refused to give me a number for any manager and then assured me that the manager would be in that afternoon and would have her call or to call back at that time. I called back but the same lady lied and said the manager hadn't made it in. I end up having to go up there after work because I've been given the run around. I get there and a guy named Matt is there and he was absolutely nothing but RUDE and a BULLY. Asking why I signed up for a membership if I couldn't afford it? Saying I never should have signed up for membership going back and forth trying to argue with me. I told the man since money was removed from my account to call it even and terminate my membership to stop the Draft and he had the nerve to say I'd have to come out of pocket with more money to cancel. I flat out said that's not going to happen and asked for a manager. This fool told me no he wasn't calling the manager which was in earlier but didn't return my call, and he deals with this daily and there's nothing I could do. His USELESS coworker came in after the fact just to get security to ask me to leave because they couldn't think of any more insults or lies to tell. The whole time I was there, I never raised my voice or even cursed so to have security called was UNNECESSARY. I will NEVER go to Planet Fitness 103. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO ARE CARELESS, BAD SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!

Great gym, nice experience. Would most definitely recommend to anyone who needs to workout at anytime of day as well as having a variety of equipment.

It clean and huge. The staff is friendly and helpful. My physical trainer will give you all the attention you need as far as what areas you're trying to tone or lose weight. The atmosphere Is great!
