Thanks jaxjaxjax for your review - was getting ready to order the family meal until readiang your comments about the Mr. Soory Indian Delivery - won't give him a chance to treat us in his manner.

My husband and me placed an order online 01/02/2009 at 10.05pm.... The pizza hut is less a mile from my home address.

By the email confirmation order the delivery time was 10.38pm, I called 2 times to the pizza hut at 904-292-2220 and the phone was answered by Soorin, he told me that the delivery will be here in a minute or so, after waiting at the front door with my husband and nobody show-up I called again at 11.55pm and I asked him what kind of joke is that?

He said that John the delivery guy already came to my house, and what I am talking about.... I told him we got no pizza after this 2 hours waiting.... then he said that John (the only one delivery guy in this location) met somebody else on my same street and he decided to sold the pizza for $20.00.

I am very upset with the delivery and the pizza hut service is unbelievable bad !!!

I never will order nothing from Pizza hut and I will tell everybody about this problem.

How this can be possible, somebody else have my order and we were waiting forever?

There is no respect for a customer ordering online because the delivery people are really useless?

This is not India because Soorin not even apologized, he just offered me a "FREE" pizza because he wanted to cover his very bad error... But we don't receive Free Food from anybody! this is ridiculous, what is going on in Pizza Hut?

What a bad experience!

We sent two emails to the Corporate Office, we hope somebody who care about the customer service will respond to us.

Do not order from this location... if you really want to eat a Pizza go and get it... from Pizza Hut you will wait forever... or better if you look for Papa Johns or Dominos. They never failed an order online.

A recommendation for Soorin: Jump on an elephant and go back to India, here n America we respect the people and we don't offer free food instead a good customer service!

A recommendation for the Pizza Hut: Hire somebody competent please, do not hire trash people.
