Horrible!! They sell sick puppies!! Bought a Frenchie, paid 4200, he was sick, infected my other dogs and they won’t reimburse vet bills!! Buyer beware!!

I came to petland to find items for my tiny puppy. They were very helpful and had a decent selection.

I wish I could give zero stars.... our dog was sick since thanksgiving. We never have direct contact with the owner. He only goes thru the claims place. He lied saying Samson was okay at Tinseltown vet and was ready for pickup. He was not ready. He was only ready to go back to the ER for the third night in a row. After $1600 of vet bills and no improvement we had to make the decision to let our pet no long suffer. Find me on Facebook to find out more. Haley Culverhouse. This is the most soulless heartless place I've ever worked with. We are so sad our little baby barely got a chance to live. We had him for 12 days. He was taken too soon.

Devra Y has no idea how this pet store operates or where they get their puppies. She has no idea and is just categorizing this store in with the bad. News flash, there are bad doctors and good doctors, there are bad teachers and good teachers, there are bad parents and good parents, etc. Don't lump this store in with the bad just because you read a facebook posting somewhere about a puppy mill and assume this store operates the same way. All you do is make yourself look like an idiot. Why don't you come in and check them out yourself and make up your mind after. This store is awesome and they do an awesome job with their animals, supplies and customer service. Don't pay attention to Devra....I'm not going to!!!

Adopt!!! Don't SHOP!!! These are puppy mill puppies!!!! Do your research!!! Visit your local shelters and rescues!!!!!
