I've been in this store 3 times and every time the customer service is absolutely terrible. It's the same lady, no personality, not willing to help you, like she's too good-totally different from the other stores at Town Center & the one on Southside Blvd. Apparently, she doesn't need the money from the business-must be set up just for looks. I highly recommend not going to this store Also, she doesn't accept Peterbrook gift cards neither. Has less items in stock as well. I'm surprised the place hasn't gone out of business yet.

This woman was unbelievably rude. She does not know how to talk to customers. I've experienced this before from the same location. I hadn't been in years. I finally decided to give it another shot but ill NEVER return after this. She is a disgrace to the peterbrooke name. She needs to take a customer service class, this is why I drive to San marco because the customer service is better there.

Not worth the visit! Was treated unbelievable rude and told the restroom was not for public use while my 5 year asked to go unless I became a customer (which I was intending on buying for a birthday). Completely disappointed and would never return - would suggest the same to others.
