I am extremely satisfied with the service I received! My vehicles are very well taken care of, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

While visiting Jacksonville my headlight went out on my suv. Roberto (assistant manager) was very helpful in getting this replaced. When I returned to pick up my vehicle Roberto told me that my door was "sticking". I told him no it was not that's new to me, he then continued to tell me about some other things that might be up for repair soon, normal like tires or brakes. He even gave me a history on the block of my car which was very educated. When I left, like gentleman they basically left the door open so I can get in. I drove off without a worry in the world! I went not even a mile down the street to a local grocery store, when coming out I attempted to get back in my car to open the door and my handle came off completely!!!!! I was furious! I immediately called Roberto to tell him exactly what happened, he went into a defensive mode saying he did not do it, but I know he didn't do it because he was not even the mechanic who worked on my car. He then told me to bring it in the next day and they will see what they can do! I brought my car in the next day and to my surprise of course he says they did not do it they have no reason to do it! (and in my opinion of course you don't need a reason to make a mistake.) And then of course when I got to the store his story changed, because the previous day he told me my door was sticking today he tells me that my handle was loose. and may I remind you again Roberto was not even the person working on the car. Also, while I was having this discussion with Roberto his boss Rick was standing there just as quiet as it comes. Rick did not say a word until I asked for the first and last name of the mechanic. These reason alone are why i would not suggest anyone returning to this location ever again or anyone else to do so as first time guest unless you want to come out paying out of pocket for parts and labor for something that was not wrong with your car before you took it there. This pep boys was extremely awesome they was wonderful I live in pittsburgh pa and they took care of me so well I rated them 5 stars for a reason Bryan was great as well and the whole crew I was very very pleased with the hospitality. Thank you elise brown

I want to tell you how wonderful my overall experience with the Pep Boys on Baymeadows Rd was....I initially visited there location a few months ago with a flat tire. The store manager Ken was very polite and honest while helping me find a replacement for my tire. This past Monday I had to visit there store to have them assist me in resolving a small issue I created while trying to be a mechanic. They did a good job with resolving this issue. While inspecting my car it was noted that it was low on coolant and needed a new radiator cap. Once these 2 changes where made it caused my car to begin to over heat. The next day I took the car back to the store and Allyson and the team discovered that the added pressure from the new radiator cap burst one of my radiator hoses and caused me to loose most of my coolant. The initial diagnoses was it was going to be a $375+ total repair. Unfortunately my current financial situation would not allow me to afford the total repairs...so after working with Allyson and her team they where able to bless my family with doing the needed repairs at no charge. The car is running great. THANKS SO MUCH TO THE TEAM FOR ALL OF THERE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.

Excellent, professional & Quick. While driving from Florida to PA on 11-3-12 our F150 began to shake, the farther we drove the harder it shook. I have been to Pep Boys in Lancaster, PA, so I looked for one close to I95. We pulled in with 2 dogs and in 2 hrs we were on our way. The manager & his assistant and the mechanics on duty were all involved. They diagnosed 2 problems. One was a 2 year old tire with a slipped belt, which they had in stock & quickly changed. The other was a burned coil & spark plug, These were not in stock, but the assistant manager left & came back 15 min later with both. They were replaced and we were able to resume our trip and the truck drove smoothly again. If you live in Jacksonville, this is your car service center.
