Provided by YP.comI retained Patrick for my DUI case after firing my first lawyer. (See Sheldon Vann) Patrick took over the case and went to work. After a little over a month, he was able to get the state attorney's office to mend my DUI into a reckless, with the reckless being withheld. It basically gave me a clean slate on my driving record. Patrick was able to get all this without having to go trial. I only had to deal with some community service, early termination probation for 6 months, and small court costs. Much less than If the DUI conviction actually stayed. I had the option as well to buyout the community service with a donation to United Way.
Patrick is very easy to talk to and was very attentive of my case. If I called him, he answered. If he wasn't able to answer right away, he returned my call within the hour and sometimes within minutes. If you're looking for a lawyer to handle your case, Patrick Kelly is worth every penny.
