CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

All seemed fine at 1st. At closing table had an amendment added to our contract that the repairs would start on June 20th which the roof issue didn't get started until the 24th we signed on June 20th. Well carpet got removed but not padding, roof issue got fixed on outside just painted over instead of repair on inside. Ac unit still is not fixed they got some incompetent company to finally come out replaced fan motor, not blowing right. Had to repeatedly go to office same incompetent company came out only put Freon in it, according to neighbor who watched from his porch. With that said it blew cold for 6 days 4 of those days we were moving in . Our 1st two nights it worked fine. Freezing up again has been now for 2 days and let office know still nothing. Fixing the a.c. unit was part of an amendment to our contract...here it is almost 2 months after signing and still can't get them to fix. BUT they are quick to post lot rent and water bill and we haven't been in our home not even a week because of a.c. unit not being fixed. Also couldn't get carpet layers in to lay carpet NO ONE will do it without a.c.. so our son and daughter did it for us. Except for the breach of contract , it is quite out here.

Place is horrible to live! Lived here 5 years. We went from trash day 2x a week, plus yard and other waste. (Couches etc) down to 1x a week with NO OTHER service. It once was nice! Now They just cut off the trash services without warning. Rent still rising...NOTHING is done in park except painting and decor the office!! People can't transport their large garbage so they leave it in roads..Couches, mattresses, etc. Then this place leaves nasty notes on everyone's home...telling them to do ridiculous things, like move your chairs over, or pressure wash your home when it's just fine! One neighbor who has a car repair mess in front didn't get note..but other neighbor is told to move his car that is broken? They play favorites and pick and choose! What are we paying for? Water is always off. The pool that is to be open 9 mo a year in Fla is only open 3. This place is crawling in drugs. Kids 10 + are selling and doing!! Smaller ones walk the park without supervision...I can't wait to move out!! The management allows everything above and joins in with the drugs!! Though black families live here..most are great with everything and friendly..but this place...it's nicknamed "The White Ghetto" DON'T MOVE HERE!!! They drain your money, complain and leave nasty notes on your door, don't allow garbage pickup, water is always off(they control) , and do 0 upkeep of the park. Especially by stopping trash pick up...WHAT IS THE 350 lot rent going to?..just their drug filled pockets!!! I'm reporting them to corporate..and anyone reading this..in here...DO THE SAME!

Children have nothing better to do than pick or bully on other children , if your fat if your another race .. It's ridiculous parents raise their children with hatred ! This is the true meaning of " trailer park trash"

Don't move here, it's drug infested, people that steal from your cars, the rent keeps going up every year but yet the community doesn't look like it's improving.
