Horrible place. I've been there twice and both times the dogs did not have water. The first time I went they were all up front in the window burning up... last time their noses were extremely chapped and mouths were bone dry. They were also all covered in feces and their cages were disgusting.... I've offered to volunteer but they say they are fully staffed. I'm so close to calling animal control. Not sure what to do....

so many puppies,I wanted to buy them all .friendly people , clean , knows what they are doing ..would recommend for buying a puppy .Received health certificate ,all paperwork ,and owner was very knowledgeable on puppies.

Beware!!!!I recently took my two babies there to be groomed. When I picked them up which was a few hours after they called to tell me they were ready they were still wet. This tells me they didn't dry them at all leaving them sitting cold. They also did not feel clean and it felt like they didn't rinse the shampoo out. A couple days later one of my babies began losing hair and sores began developing, so I had to take him to the vet. Found out he had a staf infection and had to get him treated and both of them had to get a medicated bath. Lesson is two baths for two small dogs ended up costing me over $200 after vet fees. Don't risk your baby's health by going there!!!!! And they won't be clean either. Find a better groomer and a place that will take care of your babies the way you want them treated!!!!!!

takes on too many pets at once and then rushes to get them all done. The loudest owner barking seems to get the immedate attention...those who are waiting quietly keep getting bumped to the end of the line. Like the cuts when the owner does them.

wow...what a wonderful and clean grooming shop.. I have 2 dogs I bring here to be groomed: Fred and Tila and we are very happy

I absolutely love pampered paws. we take our little chihuahua Chico here to be groomed and we also bring him to stay when we go away for business or vacation.....thanks TAMMY... keep up the great work
