After having 3 previous horrible experiences with other dry cleaners in Jacksonville I have finally found the best in town. I have received nothing best the best service from this business. They deserve 10 stars but they will only let me give them 5.

Talk about Quick, Courteous, Affordable and Thorough. What more could you need in a dry cleaner? BEST AROUND!!!

Excellent customer service and they do an amazing job at cleaning all of my clothes. I stopped coming here for a while and decided to take a chance again and my how this place has improved. The new manager sure knows her stuff. I've never had anyone stop and take the time to explain the dry cleaning process and how important it is to maintaining the quality of our clothes. If you are looking for a cleaners that actual clean your clothes this is the place. Oxycleaners staff were friendly and very knowledgeable with the type of dry cleaning service needed for my delicate clothes.

Oxycleaners is the best in Jacksonville. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The manager is such a pleasure to deal with, always greeting me with a smile and very knowledgeable I must add, she gets an A+ in my book. My clothes have never looked better and that’s because Oxycleaners takes such good care of them. Thank you for running such a wonderful business here in Jacksonville. The shop states that they open at 9 AM. I waited for close to 45 minutes for an item that had been promised to me but not ready the day before. When I called later that day to see if they were finally open the employee was rude unapologetic, when I went in to pick it up he was unprofessional, and belligerent.

The shop is supposed open at 9 AM I waited almost 45 minutes no one ever showed up. Later on the day I called to see if they were finally open explain message Wishon one of the items was needed for someone who is leaving town earlier that day and I was very upset. The employee was unfazed by my complaint. When I went to go back to the shop to pick My dry cleaning the employee was rude unapologetic and unfazed by the dilemma that they had caused me.

Exceptional Service and The Best Staff... It's Modern, Clean and I vote this as "Best Dry Cleaners" Ever!
