I hired one of Orattac's employees to do a safety inspection for my property so the electric utilities could be turned on and it failed. We then decided to bypass the safety inspection and just upgrade to 200amp service.The employee had an extreme lack of business acumen and after several of my own attempts to get him to put in writing our agreement he declined and walked off the job. I contacted the principal, Mike Cattaro to rectify the situation. However, he overpromised and didn't deliver. After claiming to "change the permit" for an add'l $200, which never happened, he sent a journeyman who only twisted wires, installed a few breakers, cover plates, light fixtures, etc. Needless to say it failed the city inspection again. Finally Mike came over and played "superhero" only to have the job pass inspection and have partial electricity, once the city connected the house to the grid. He has yet to come back and follow up on his work. He has not returned any calls. DO NOT HIRE ORATTAC.

I would NOT recomend this company for any of there services, they are the most UN-PROFFESIONAL company I have ever delt with across the board. Starting with there

opperators. They are extremly RUDE and they had to call me twice about the tv problem and to set the appointment twice. WOW ! The tech showed up @ my house with an attitude, like he was'nt getting paid enough to be there, it gets better ! He was in my house about 90 seconds to do warranty work. Say's to me, I'm not working on this tv because another tech has worked on it and I'm not going to spend 2 to 3 hours working on this tv to have to fix what the other tech probably messed up,,, and walked out of my house,,, HELLO. I called the company befor he was out of my driveway and spoke with his manager. His manager said to me we don't work on tv's that other techs have worked on... Its warranty work, to replace two parts, two parts. If they do not want to do warranty work, maybe they should let the manufacture know. But wait, theres more. Two day's later they call me back to set a new appointment. I explained to them what happened and asked why they where calling me again and she hung-up on me.... I give this company an all-around NO STAR RATING ! ! !
