I have been a loyal customer to the Omega brand for over 4 years. I currently own 5 Omegas with 3 of them being Limited Editions. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and willing to help you choose a timepiece from their large selection. I have not had any problems and enjoy chatting with the staff about timepieces since I am into horology.

I never write reviews but had to share two TERRIBLE experiences here. I took my Omega here twice to have it serviced and they took months each time. Worst, they didn't honor their first service and tried to charge me $410 to work on it again a year and a half later.



You can expect better service from McDonalds. I am extremely disappointed in what I thought was a premium brand. I am selling my watch. You don't want to deal with this shop or omega
