If this is typical of the standards of Medicaid, I can see why such practices are prolific. We arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment, but it took 2+ hours to be seen by Dr. Zaide. Her staff is rude and unorganized. They converse in foreign languages in the presence of their patients and seem unconcerned about sanitary measures. Alcohol, anti-bacterial products are not used in the manner intended. One of them actually asked me to pass her “some gloves. “ While patient records are supposed to be managed properly, why would I have to keep reminding the CNA/MA/RN of which patient they were attending? This is a poor example of a practice. Dr. Zaide may be ancient, but is more concerned about her texting than her patients. I can’t see this practice as being anyone’s first choice of medical provider. That’s probably why Medicaid continues to assign patients to it. They will be held captive to sub-par treatment/care for a year until they can get re-assigned. I’ve only got a couple of months to go. I will continue to seek medical assistance from the ER rather than this practice.

Wait time in this family center is more than 1 hour. If you you are planning ro go there, be ready for 3 hours visit.

I went to this family care center for the first time and the receptionist and medical billers were so rude. I didn't now where to sign in at and after stading there for five minutes Isaid excuse me ans she said did you sign in oer there and the lady that was at the other window was so rude. What happened to good customer service. So after I was seen the doc didn't examine me she just wrote me a perscription baseed off my symptoms. Needless to say I ended up in thehospital over the weekendneeding a blood transfusion which could of been prevented if I would of been physically examined. I will never go back there again and they're lucky that I don't sue them.

Dr. Amanda Zaide is an excellent medical professional. She is very personal to her patients and her staff is very efficient in servicing the patients. I would recommend her medical practice to anyone, she is an excellent health professional.
