The entire process was just superb from the begging to the end. The communication was great, the price was much better than other places I called and the installation process was just excellent. It took less time than anticipated and the crew was great. Worked fast and precise through the horrible heat on the day of installation while I was working in room right next to the area where the unit was and I was not interrupted at any point. They were polite and explained everything I needed to know and how to properly maintain the system in the future. Everything was cleaned after they were done and it was like they were never here, but with cool air rushing through my condo.

Great work, price and communication. I will recommend Noth Porth to everyone. Honestly , I was desperate when my old AC started going downhill fast during the peak heat wave and I would settle for anything just to have that cool air again. However, there was no need to settle or compromise, I was treated like a royalty and got what I needed fast. I was surprised that they had ac in stock and it was installed fast. Great job!!!

Good company to call on to come out and fix your a.c. My A.C. went out and I called Northport at night around 1030 because it said 24 7. My unit went out two days prior american home shield whom I have a warrant told me they would send someone out Saturday. I said I have a wife and two children and that's three days from now and its hot. I said cant do it and I called that night a gentleman told me to call early that morning and I did. They made me an appointment for that same day around 2 p.m. even though it costs 700 bucks I really needed my unit to work. Big Will, I called him Chill Will we had great conversation about everything politics, religions, and race. I recommend Northport and I also give Chill Will great recommendations for a great job and you deserve a raise Will, thank you so much Northport and Will.

Great Experience with a new HVAC Installation and all ductwork redone. Everyone was extremely professional. Project Manager Alen Segalo went above and beyond from start to finish, responding to any questions I had. The crew who did the install where wonderful, professional, courteous and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. An overall great experience when it is so hard to find companies that still do business this way.

Best service I could have ever asked for, Steve made sure the pricing was the best in town (I shopped for weeks getting quotes from smaller businesses all the way to Home Depot) and answered all of my many questions even if it was after hours. The install team (Miro & Curtis) were very professional and are artists; they went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly and was picture perfect (they saved me a ton of space), not to mention they taught me how to maintain my new unit to increase its lifespan. The duct cleaning crew (AJ & Amir) did an outstanding job and left my home cleaner than they found it, after experiencing the difference of clean ductwork I'm convinced and will be scheduling this service again.

My experience with NorthPort has been very positive in several ways. Our existing Bard Wall Unit quit working. The quote to install new ducts and split unit HVAC System was very competitive. Alen agreed to bring out 2 temporary AC units for use until the new system was installed. Beyond that, Alen has been a real pleasure to work with. He coordinated with an electrician and a carpenter to handle specific needs required of them. We were kept informed on timing of the work. Based on my experience with Alen and the work performed by other NorthPort personnel, I highly recommend them.

What a relief to find a heating and A/C company that I can trust as a relatively new home owner in Jacksonville! I was referred to NorthPort by my neighbor and I found them to be exactly as my neighbor had described them - competent, reliable, thorough, and reasonably priced. Curtis, the technician who installed my new air conditioner yesterday, arrived exactly as scheduled and did not leave until the entire job was completed - almost 8 P.M.! He was meticulous about his work and eager to make sure I understood the machine and was satisfied with everything. Great customer service! Steve Weatherby made sure everything was planned just right for the job. Even the assistant, Miro, and the electricians, Lin Electric, were well coordinated so the whole process could be carried out in one day without a hitch. Thank you, NorthPort!

Northport has always been my "go-to" for AC repairs. Steve has always been kind & caring with regards to my needs and time frames for service. I have used Northport for almost 8 years now for AC repairs. I would highly recommend them especially for their fast service, honest service and their technicians are always polite and professional.

I have only needed to use NorthPort twice in the past 3 years, due to their honest service.

I had another company come out a few years ago and replace some part only to be told I needed to replace the same part again 6 months later. I can't even remember how I heard about NorthPort, but they came out, determined that part DID need to be replace (it's the part that breaks to save the entire system from breaking) and then fixed the ACTUAL problem. Luckily, I haven't needed them for 3 years...but unfortunately forgot about them because it was so long!

Recently, my property manager called another company, who came out, charged $85 for the diagnosis and said it would be >$500 for the repair. My husband mentioned preventative maintenance, which made me remember Northport (I accidentally let the agreement lapse) and gave them a call. They found a plug in the line and the entire charge was $175...much better than the $600 the other company would have charged for a new motor!

As for the complaint below, I can assure you that the company's response is exactly how they have treated me every time I've talked to them. Please give them your business...they really do deserve it!

Horrible business experience. Tech did not properly diagnose problem with system and just filled it with R22 refrigerant saying it was a small leak in the system. Fill lasted less than a week and virtually no discount was given for the mishap. Overpriced on their new units compared to others in the area. I would give them no stars if I was able. Filed complaint with BBB in order to resolve poor workmanship.
