It was a pleasure doing business with Brian at North Florida Water Treatment. We had contemplated a water softener a few times before with a few companies but we never acted on the quotes. I decided to talk with Brian to see what his company could do for us. He came by our house and tested our very hard and chlorinated water. Then he took the time to explain the equipment he sells to correct those issues and patiently answered the questions I had. Brian does not use high pressure tactics to sell his equipment and service which many other water conditioning companies unfortunately do. The equipment he offers is reasonably priced and backed by a good warranty. Since our house did not have a water softener loop, he had to perform some additional labor to install the equipment, again at a reasonable cost. The installation was done professionally, and we have started reaping the benefits of conditioned water. I highly recommend North Florida Water Treatment.
