North Florida surgeons is an extremely unethical & nefarious facility. Upon trying to make an appointment with Dr Miro U.- surgeon, I rec'd a call from No Fl surgeon person who demanded my soc sec # & told me that she's not making appointment for me with Dr U until I pay an old $20 bill for a different No Fl surgeon from 2017. When I asked her to email me the bill she said she's not calling me from billing, refused to email it to me, then refused to provide her full name. this facility REFUSED to email me their 'policy' that they're allowed to REFUSE a visit with a Doc if a bill from a diff doc is unpaid! THEN EVEN AFTER I PAID THE BILL, (despite that doc office refusing to email me the bill!! or a receipt!!) I was told by Jeff Berry (Dir of Weight loss program) that they are REFUSING TO MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT W/ DR UCLA!!! Repeatedly, I asked Jeff Berry to email me this info., none of which I rec'd. THIS IS THE NEFARIOUS UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR YOU CAN EXPECT FROM NORTH FLORIDA SURGEONS! This is illegal, by the way, as I am a Medicare/Medicaid patient.

Very unprofessional manner of I assume is a personal assistant of Dr Grewal, she had a male friend standing at the counter and ignored me when I asked a question about Dr Grewal, when she finally answered my question it was as if I was I was interrupting her personal conversation. I was hoping that this would be a good place to go to because I heard so many positive things about the staff being professional but in this case it was not, she was more interested in talking with the man from ADT Security than talking with a future patient.I have a very bad feeling about this office because of this young lady, I think her name was Daniella being the way she ws towards a future patient, if this is how the assistants act in the office what is to happen in surgery??? I will not be seeking Dr Grewal as my physician. I honestly hope this is shown to Dr Grewal and something is done to keep the office professional not a socialization hour for the employees
