When my family and I moved I was told we would get our deposit back because our bill was paid on time every month. A month later (today) my husband calls them to see what the delay is with the deposit. he was told we owe the company. Customer service says our last bill was $180. When we were living there our bill was never over $80-$90 dollars now according to them its jumped and entire hundred dollars. This company is very disappointing. The customer service is very rude. God bless them though.

They are not very professional they had the water off at seven last night called and called no answer phone was busy don't have any other number to call for emergency the water still off it is now four clock went by the office at twelve they had the lights off and no one there had a police officer there had two letters in the door water would be in at twelve the other letter said two which one is it they suck when your late they don't mind shutting off your water also who gives out hand written statements for the bill one month your bill eighty dollars for no reason then the next month it fifty ask them to reread the meter it seem to be a bother to them can't get no answer why your bill went up not professional at all talk to some people in the neighbor hood they said the same thing maybe we need the I team channel four to investigate the company or call better business burera

They shut off the water without a warning. I think they disconnected the phone because nobody can get in contact with them. I believe that the community shouldn't pay the water this month because this isn't the first time this happened.

Very poor customer service. They shut water for maintenance without any notification to resident or putting signs out on the street .It's almost 24 hours with no water. You can't get a hold of any one to find out when you are going to have your water back. Paying in full for services that not rendered properly.

The water is constantly shut off due to issues but the residents are not notified. The water was off last night at 6:15pm and when I've called multiple times I am only told "they are working on it". I called this morning again and was told it MAY be back up by Noon today. The City of Jacksonville or the Utilities Commission should step in do something.

I love supporting small companies that are privately owned, so when we decided to move into an area that is serviced by this Utility company I wasn't too concerned. Their prices are pretty high, they have no interest in working with someone who is facing a very lean month and their pipes break. Frequently. When the water is compromised the only way you know to boil your water is to drive up onto one of the main roads and look for BOIL BOIL BOIL signs. I've often wondered how a person who hasn't left the house for the day is supposed to find out. I think they definitely need to upgrade.

Worst company ever , you have no choice if u live in the area and need running water . 2 hour lunch breaks when u have to drive up there to make a cash payment ( red flag ) water goes out over 24 hours waiting to get water because they have to rent equipment ( red flag) nothing computerized all cash all hand written ( red flag) family owned obviously a family that don't care about other families , rude no Custermer service ! How do we get a real company like jea out here !

Can't pay online (no Website) can't pay over the phone (no credit or debit accepted). You have to drive to the location and pay with a money order only. Yes this review was written in 2016 and not 1986.

Normandy village water sux

I have never hated a company so much not only are they more expensive but jea but they are so difficult and they suck the water sux u can't drink it and I don't I live by myself and pay around 100 a month for water on top of my electric bill I will never rent another home if I have to deal with this place again on ya and if u need an extension don't ask for it when it is due or late like u would at any other place they will shut ur water off a day after the bill is due u have to ask for an extension 4 days before the bill is even due they make no sense they don't even deserve one star .. Rant over thnks

I have grown up in this neighborhood my whole life, 40 yrs. My parents bought their house back in 1972, and NEVER have we had an issue with the water company until now. I mailed a check on Nov. 8th, and they didn't receive it so they cut our water off on the 18th. I called them and basically go the "we don't care" attitude because the check didn't arrive. I even offered to bring in a copy of my bank statement where it was deducted from my account. Nope, don't care. So basically, we have a reconnect fee of $30 and now have to pay the current bill and next months bill and a stop payment fee for the check originally issued. $186 right at Thanksgiving. I use to be opposed to JEA purchasing the water company, not anymore. At least I could pay online....

Worst services ever experienced

Im not certain how no one has taken this business to court. they are the biggest racket by far. they will disconnect your service as soon as they possibly can.

I have never dealt with a worse company. They have terrible customer service. If any other option was available, I would be using them for sure. It amazes me how a company can function and not be customer friendly.
