Service is always great. People at the front desk are always smiling and happy to help. There is never any pressure put on you in regards to their suggestions. They are very cool about how they kind of put out there what you need and let you make decisions that you are comfortable with both medically and financially. Let's be honest though what really matters here is the work. They are top notch in that category. As someone that is terrified of the dentist (even as a 34 year old man), they always make me feel very comfortable in the chair. They have a technique where you don't feel the numbing shot, which is a bonus. On top of it all I have never had any issues with any work done there. Great place and I would highly recommend.

The office is beautiful and very state of the art, but there are a few flaws in my opinion. They called to tell me that my appointment was being changed and when I told them that it didn't work with my work schedule and that I had to request time off to even get to the Dentist, they got mad that I wouldn't take the new appointment. I also did not have a good experience when it came to paying for my dental work (that hasn't even been done yet). No one is able to answer my questions, and I felt as if my questions were an inconvenience to the girls. I was told "I have to wait for a call from their HR lady" and she will help answer my questions. Uhm, why does someone in HR have to answer billing and insurance questions? Shouldn't the Cashiers /Billers know the answers? That was very irritating and upsetting and makes me wonder if I want to go back. The fecility can be beautiful and you can be as sweet as pie... but when it comes down to it, my money is what's cleaning my teeth.
