Great people!! Always makes you feel at home. Synthia Roy is absolutely gifted. Whatever I bring her she definitely adds her own genuine artistic flair. Honored to have her work on me the many times I have been to her. I will be back again and again!

I went in to get my nose pierced. The atmosphere of the shop was serene and had a very "open" feeling! Everyone was nice! Synthia did my piercing. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything about the steps of the piercing and how to take care of it. The room was very clean and every tool was sanitized. I will definitely recommend Mystic Koi! I am already planning on getting a tattoo from this shop!!!

I have recommended Mystic Koi to so many people, they all rave about them. I had a back tattoo done and it is time to add to it, Mystic Koi is the only place I will go. Everyone there is amazing and talented. The shop is comfortable, friendly, clean. You walk in the door and you feel right.

I had my 1st tattoo done last night by Devin. What an awesome experience and it went great. He made sure everything was perfect prior,during and after and want satisfied unless I was. In definitely going back for my next 2 that he drew for me. If you want your 1st or 50th tattoo you need to check this place out.

I got pierced by Synthia yesterday and I could not have asked for a better experience.

She put me at ease from the moment I walked into the building. Her decades of experience showed, and her professional demeanor was exemplary. Putting my trust in her was simple from the get go. The piercings came out very even, and very clean. The pain was as minimal as she could possibly make it, as well. I am going to be recommending everyone I can to give their business to Synthia, as well as Mystic Koi in general. What an awesome experience. I can't wait to go back for another piercing.

Went in today and got my Tragus and cartilage done by Terry. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Place is very clean and is run by professionals. Great place!

I'm A lover of tattoos but tend to be very picky with my artist, Mystic Koi came highly recommend and last night I found out why.We walked into the shop and felt so welcome,the shop has A very relaxing environment.

Devin was my Artist and blew me away with his work. This was the first time I felt no pain with a tattoo, when everything was over I truly was impressed and really love my tattoo. We will definitely be back

From the moment I walked in the door, all the way to the detailed aftercare instructions, I was impressed with Devin and Mystic Koi. They are consummate professionals and their art demonstrates a great deal of collective creativity. The studio is clean, tidy, and has a very comfortable feel to it. There are beverages and trivia games in the waiting area. I highly recommend Mystic Koi to anyone who is looking for fine body art!

I had Synthia consult me on taking over a sleeve that I had started. She patiently answered all my questions and chatted for a while. I went ahead and got a tat done and she did an amazing job. Everyone I met there was friendly. The shop itself is beautiful, like a spa. Would recommend to everyone!

So happy to see a comfortable, clean, respectful, and professional shop. Terry has pierced my son and my partner and they are both very pleased. Devin, Logan and Syn have worked on my partner, kids and myself and we are extremely happy with every piece they have done for us. The staff is fabulous and every trip to the shop is well worth the drive from the Southside.

I am new to Jacksonville. I had a long time artist where I came from, but had to start over. I just finished my first sitting for a full back tattoo. This place, Devin, and his staff are awesome. The place is clean, staff friendly, and most of all Devin is very talented. I am amazed with the job he has done so far. If you are searching for an artist, at the very least stop in and see them. You will not be sorry!! I'm already planning my next tattoo!!

I've been tattooed at several different shops. I had a good artist locally, but he moved away. A friend recommended Devin. I found Mystic Koi to be a great place to go. The atmosphere is light and warm. Everyone is friendly and professional. Devin spent a lot of time making sure I was getting what I wanted and I was very comfortable letting him bring his own creative ideas into my tattoo. I felt very much at ease with him working on me, and I absolutely love my new tattoo! Coming back to Mystic for my next one for sure.
