Asked for an after 10am delivery because I wanted to be home for the delivery. This was because the only way they would dump the product somewhere other than the driveway was if the driver felt he could deliver the product somewhere else without getting stuck. I completely understand this. That's why the delivery was scheduled for after 10am. I got home at 10am to find the dirt delivered in the driveway and a voicemail saying the driver was on his way and should be at my house at 930! When I called to get an explanation it was we do show after 10 but don't show delivering somewhere other than the driveway. They did not even apologize for not following the ticket instructions of an after 10 delivery and said nothing we can do. Would not even offer to return the $30 delivery fee. Now I get to move 5 yards of soil 10times farther than I should have. Will not use companies that don't or won't follow a customers very simple instructions such as after 10am.
