I entered into a contract with Chris Neikirk to repair my sprinker system and paint my house on 9/11/07. He asked for 1/2 the money down to begin the work, which I gave to him on 9/13/07, to date no work has been done and he is no where to be found. He will not return voice mail messages left at 904 722-0607, which is the only phone number he has. Please note, this is his mother's land line, he has no cell phone number. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Apparently others have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.



This person ran off with over $1,000 of my hard earned money, I hope I can save someone else from this pain.
