Well, talk about a delayed review!

Back in 1972, I needed some Diamond 50 chain for my Harley and Motion Industries was the closest place to me when I was stationed in Jacksonville during my Navy days. I was informed that I could buy a 50' length of it and I agreed as I needed some longer chain for the drive on my 71 Sportster. Drove up to the address, which at the time was named Heckscher Drive, bought the chain, used what I needed and stuffed the rest in a large oil filled can to preserve it. Buying in bulk actually saved me money back then as the local Harley dealer wanted just about the same price for the standard length required on the Sportster as for what I paid for the 50' roll.

Years before the Internet was even conceived, a thank you was delivered either by phone or mail. Although this is 46 years in the making, I felt that I should comment that the service from the folks at the counter was excellent and they indicated that no one had ever bought that much chain for a single motorcycle before!
