Besides that Dr. November is the most professional, knowledgeable and kind veterinarian I've ever encountered, with an easy-going and patient bedside manner... wait till you meet, or call MRAH, and talk to Mike! I've called MRAH no less than 20 times over the last several years and when Im lucky and Mike answers the phone, he is incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, competent, and essentially, gets the job done. Mike facilitates and handles questions regarding rx, appointments, or how to send photos of our babies progress during treatment. If Mike answered the phone at every business I have had to call during a rough 2020, it would've felt like calling the concierge at the R*** C****** and requesting more champagne. Duplicate Mike, send his Xeroxed clone to every business in Jax, and you'd be sitting on a gold mine. Thank you Mike :) McCabe/Hall

Luci was a very healthy, happy mini schnauzer for 9/1/2 yrs; then suddenly seizures began for no apparent reason. Dr. Matthew Wilson, Amanda, Leilani and all the rest of the staff at MRAH have been a blessing. They've known Luci since she was 8 weeks old and I've always felt like they take care of her like she is their own. Luci loves, loves loves going there; she greets the staff when we arrive and happily goes with staff to have the "prodding" tests done (fecal exam, temp, etc). With the excellent care and medical expertise of Dr. Wilson, Luci's seizures are 98% controlled (they are never 100%). I was happy Dr Wilson & MRAH were Luci's healthcare providers before the seizures. Now I'm eternally thankful I chose this facility.

I initially went to MRAH when my dog suddenly became very ill. After an emergency surgery, my dog recovered and lived many happy healthy years after. I have continued to go to MRAH where my dog and cat receive outstanding care. The staff is happy to provide an up front estimate for services and will always call to follow up after a visit. The doctor and staff are among the most friendly, compassionate people you'll find to care for your beloved four legged family members. I would recommend them without hesitation.
