My husband purchased a gift card for me to get my mani, pedi, facial etc. The lady that did my nails did not do a good job on my gel nails. It is supposed to last for two weeks. It didn't last a week. It started to chip.



I wanted to use the balance of my gift card, so I went back hoping to get different service the next time. The regular polish began to chip in two days. I called the manager to see if they would just repaint them. He said yes they would do it at no charge. So I go to get them repainted and one lady tells me that she was not the one who did the manicure so I would have to come back tomorrow so the other lady could do it. I talked to the manager who changed his story and said they would charge me to change the polish. I never asked them to "change" the polish. I asked them to just paint over the chipped nails. He said maybe they could do one or two nails, and I would have to pay again. He lied and said it had been a week since I originally had my nails done. I told him that he told me something totally different on the phone and he has very poor business practices. He said I know, but you have to pay.



I was extremely disappointed in what was supposed to be a spa treatment. This business does not respect its customers. They act as if my money/business did not matter to them. It is very unfortunate that they treated me this way. There are so many other nail shops on basically every other corner. Maybe when they see their sales declining steadily they will make some better business decisions and value their customers. You reap what you sow.
