We bought windows from Millenium in December, 2014. While the windows were great, the installation was very poorly done and had to be redone three times to pass inspection. Now they are out of business and the office in Indiana will not answer my questions regarding our lifetime warranty on the windows. I'm not impressed. One star is too much for this business.

We hired the Jacksonville, FL office to do our home's windows in May 2016. After multiple "no-show" appointments to measure, install, etc, we now cannot pass county inspection and head-quarters in Indiana say "They cannot help us."
We didn't pass inspection in early August and were still waiting. We tried calling the Jacksonville office this week and the guy said they closed. When we called the corporate office in Indiana, we were told they could do nothing for us, that we were out the money, and we had to pay ourselves to finish the windows to pass the county permit inspection. That is one crappy way to run a company, franchise-owned or not. I DO NOT recommend this window-replacement company to ANYONE.
