I notified ins. co. for a tow to have a service done on my pick up truck. Mikes's towing arrived 11/2 hours later. Driving a flat bed tow truck, Driver could NOT drive in my yard, was not able to back in. Advised me he would return with a small tow truck, the company is located about 2 mile from my home. One hour later he had still not returned, called the business phone and was advised they did not have a small tow truck, and could not fulfill their obligation. I then notified the ins., co., again. I was told Mike's Towing had not advised them of the no tow, and should not have advised me he could return. Ins co., advised me if assignment cannot be completed first time they should be notified,. So MIKES TOWING IS NOT RELIABLE, maybe as a last resort. BAD RATING>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> minus 1 star
