Made a 5pm appointment online and received both a text and email confirmations. Michael sends me a text 30 minutes before our appointment saying he is unavailable. It would have been nice to know that 3 hours earlier so that I could have made other plans. Now my very important document will not make it to FedEx tonight and will not arrive tomorrow, Friday. If you're going to offer online appointments, they need to reflect your actual availability. Huge disappointment and waste of time.
