I called Metro-Rooter because my neighbor recommended them and I was having an unpleasant experience with Roto-Rooter (separate review). This is a Sunday and they kept me informed as to when they could get here. Upon arrival I got an honest assessment and realized that the job was probably going to be difficult because the house is over 50 years old and it has the original plumbing. Brian Mackie was professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing issue.
