Horrible employees and service!!!

I would give ZERO stars for this location if I could! I used the drive-thru this morning on my way to work and I was the only customer in line. I sat at the menu for over 5minutes without any response or welcome from anyone inside. I thought I maybe did not trigger the drive thru so I backed up and pulled up to the menu again. Someone did push the intercom so I asked "hello?" about 3 times. I heard on the intercom people talking and laughing in the background. It's been over 10 minutes at this point. After saying "Hello, anyone there???" I heard the intercom again and more laughing and the order screen came up and said 19 big macs with a total. I felt like the employees maybe had too much time on their hands and were playing around. I finally got fed up after wasting my time and drove off. As I drove off, the YOUNG employees inside were all laughing. I went next door to get my breakfast. It's sad when so many people are in need of a job and are willing to work but Mcdonalds choose to hire ignorant kids who have no drive to do something with integrity. I will never use this location again.

I have visited this Mcdonalds location all of 3 times in the past 6 months. Everytime I have had very poor customer service, Poor food handeling skills, and poor management relations. I find that this Mcdonlds is not kept to the cleanest code and that with every visit they were very slow, no customer relation skills, did not work on a timely maner and treated the customers like they were a problem to be served. With my visits it took 20 minutes to get my order taken and another 30 minutes to recieve my food. I would not recemend this location to anyone due to the poor manager/team skills this location offers.
