Last night around 9 p.m., I went to the drive through and whomever was taking orders was not minding the window and it was odd that whomever was unable to take my order. Finally I gave my order and the young man seemed greatly distracted in taking my order.

The window where I stopped and waited behind a car to pick up the order, waited there a long time and was given only a drink from the window. The behavior inside the window was very peculiar; the young men inside were lost and disoriented. No one came to the window as I observed. The employees were rushing back and forth but not serving anyone. Two of the employees, when inside the window, looked at me as though shocked and stunned and disoriented. Long time for terrible service and as I drove off, I had a couple French fries that were stale and barely warm. The Coke had barely any ice in the cup; when I got home I saw that the quarter pounder was left over by sight, texture and temperature. Dead cold and the cheese was just laying on top, cold and not melted. The burger and bread were stale also. I never got a receipt from them. I wonder it if was rung up at all. Something EXTREMELY was wrong in the restaurant last night.....who was running it? No one was. It was not really operational at all. I've never seen anything like this. I've been in food service in the Army and restaurant business as a civilian; drug testing should be done with the employees who worked at night between 8:00 and 9:30 p.m. Very, very scary situation, something else was going on in the place. They were all stoned out of their minds for starters, because of the behaviors and clueless attention to any service. I wanted to call someone to report this mess. Very disturbing goings-on.
