Horrible Customer Service

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not purchase vehicles from this location! They are not Better Business Bureau certified and if you have a problem with their salesman, Eddie, the manager, Carlos, will just side with him and blame customer service issues on Eddie not knowing how to speak English but never apologize for his rudeness. When I asked if there were any mechanical issues with the vehicle, Eddie responded by saying that is "a stupid question". Then after I called and spoke to his boss about this, Eddie accused me of being a racist because I could not understand his English and told me meet him at the dealership (an obvious threat). BUYER BEWARE!!!

It is very sorrowfully when I see untrue customer review, I have no comment on this, it is nothing to say abouth this huge lie. I as owner of MB CARS INC., I am very proud on my bussines, we do not have one single complain to any agency, and we have 100% cusomer satifaction. We are selling in avrage 150 cars a year, and no complains at all. Also, it is true English is my second lenguage...if you do not like it, it is your problem.
