ROACH INFESTED, ANTS ARE VERY BAD ALSO, STAFF IS VERY RUDE! WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THEY SAID THEY SPRAY WEEKLY FOR BUGS BUT DO NOT! NO SCREENS ON ANY WINDOWS, MAILBOX DIDNT LOCK, ITS VERY GHETTO!!! HORRIBL PLACE TO LIVE!!!!

Roaches,they painted over everything including bugs. Rude office staff. Terrible area. Jacksonville is a horrible place to live stay away!!!

I moved here 2 months ago a and this place has been nothing but a roach infested dump. Its not sanitary and I can't wait until my lease is up so i can leave this place. I wouldn't have rated this place anything if this would allow me to post with out it. I can honestly say worst place to live second to living on the streets ��������

Check with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) and look how many times this place is visited by them DAILY! This place is a thug-ridden dump! They'll tell you they're cleaning it up, yet the only people they get rid of are white, hard-working people. They let thugs run rampant! Just check JSO and see how many times per DAY the police are on site here and you'll know this isn't coming from some disgruntled person. It's horrible here! Maintenance does NOTHING right if they fix anything at all and management doesn't care one bit. They smile while screwing you, too! DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! We've had an attempted home invasion by six thugs, had a water bottle bomb thrown at us (made the news!), had our cars broken into, had threats on our life repeatedly by thugs who run drugs here day and night! We've had our grill stolen and numerous attempts to break in despite having a camera system AND alarm! They don't care! Thugs will get you here, so save yourself and AVOID THIS PLACE!!
