The first 3 people that I dealt with at this company were very rude. The final gentleman was much politer and professional but by then I was asking for my TV back. The two men that came to my home acted as if they did not even want to take my television. They spoke to me as if I were stupid but offered no explanation on anything. And when I called the girl hung up on me...which could have been by accident, but when I had to call back she was very quick to snap at me and state she did NOT hang up on me and the problem must have been on my end. WOW. Thats all I can say about that. Point of story....DONT hire this company. They seem very grouchy and just not professional at all! If you want customer service then this is not the right place for you!

They had my LCD TV for over three weeks and were unable to fix it. They appeared to be replacing parts blindly. Finally after numerous complaints to the warranty company, the warranty company paid me the purchase cost of my TV. I was without a TV for a month.
