I have had storage units in many places over the years. This one is the king of bait and switch and trying to make money on fees. There late fee policy is beyond over the top. The payment system they use tell you, that you are up to date, until the date its due then they charge thou a later fee that is the same as a months rent. As well as they got me in by giving me a lower rate than anyone else, then after a few months it doubled, they know you dont want to move your stuff out after it is in. DONT USE THEM if you have a choice they are crooks. They also have auctions, I have never seen another one actually do this in north florida. And I have asked!
