Mandarin Carpet Design Center was GREAT and extremely FLEXIBLE to work with. We searched for the right tile for over a year. Mandarin Carpet's prices were fair....but even more importantly, their install was FLAWLESS. We worked with Lisa who helped us with design, came to our home for measurements and sent us home with many, many samples (some of which we had for weeks). This was a large tile job, almost 1,800 sq feet of tile. We settled on an italian porcelain tile, with a larger wood plank look. We could not be more pleased with Mandarin Carpets (Lisa's help) and with their amazing installer (Santiago). The install was efficient and they cleaned up very well. We searched pricing and selection with well over 8 stores in Jacksonville. Finding the right quality product was one thing...but an experience installer is just as critical. Mandarin Carpets exceeded our expectations with both product selection (which they can get just about anything in) and their installation process. When you compare prices, make sure you are comparing the quality of the product as well. There were cheaper tile options but of lower quality. Pictures below; we've received so many compliments (home is fully renovated and painted post pictures). We'll be back to Mandarin Carpets Design Center soon for a back splash for the kitchen! Not good at all, they recommended a painter after they did the kitchen floor - this guy took payment, never came back- Mandarin Carpets, ignore my complaint, no good for business.

This company sucks!! They do not honor quotes given. They do not honor written contracts. Plus they do not return phone calls or emails. Run to another business. As for the 5 star rating on their website, anything less than 5 stars does not get posted!

We spent over $6000 on wood floors and installed them ourselves. The floors look great, but we had leftover glue and wood. When we made the purchase, they said they would take back anything we didn't need BUT when it came time to stand by their word....we were left with approximately $1000 worth of materials. On top of that, one of the buckets of glue was half filled and had someone else's name of the container. The owner refused to refund the $129 for that as well. Do business with these people at your own risk. Don't believe a word they tell you!!

I built a new house recently and after shopping around got all my carpet and tile from Mandarin Carpets. The selection and service were absolutely awesome and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. THE BEST!!!!

When I decided to upgrade my home last year. I visited most of the businesses throughout Jacksonville to find the best deal at a good price. Out of all the businesses I visited, one stood out from the rest.(Mandarin Carpets) They were very knowledgeable about all of their products and have some of the best installers you can find.

I am sure I could have gotten the products a little cheaper as well as the labor but cheaper is not always better. I learned my lesson with finding the cheapest person to do the job. When I had a problem knowone was there to help!

It's worth the extra money and time to have service after the sale.

My experience dealing with Mandarin Carpets was a pleasant one. In the future I will be more than happy to take my business to Mandarin Carpets.

We as consumers need to get back to personal service instead of relying on a keyboard and hard drive to fulfill our needs.

This store installed hardwood floors / tile floors for us, they were expensive but did a good job. Had a shower installed because I trusted they would come follow up and do good work, that was a mistake.

They were expensive, but did shoddy work, not on time and gave a millon excuses. Do yourself a favor and shop outside Mandarin (at least this store).
