I have purchased items for local theatre productions in which I work and am always disappointed in the service and the quality of Make Believe's merchandise. The same or better quality items can be easily purchased online for less money. (The markup here isextremely high!) The people who work here are also generally less than helpful. I use them only in a last minute capacity when there is an emergency....

The staff was very rude. How do you not have the proper shoes and equipment during the dance season. The saleswoman I think her name was Vanessa, bless her heart was the only reason I would come back. She did everything she could to help. Yet when I asked for a manager to order shoes from the front girl I was told she was at the other store and I could call her there. Why can't you call her I asked. She said it was not her job and I could be put on a ordering list. I would expect better. The young lady Vanessa is the only reason I'd return.
