I lived here 2 years and was sorry I did so. So many managers come and go, you never know who is in charge. Not to mention when it comes to getting your deposit back and they don'nt honor their lease language. My hubby and I bought a new home recently, we did all the right things paper wise (60 day notice) left unit in great condition as when we moved in, but yet they still holding on to our deposit and ignoring our plea for it. Also, the grounds are kept in bad shape as well as units air ducts and often lack of electricty. The company never informs in flier or otherwise if changes are being made regarding selling out to another company, so therefore, leaser's are in the dark. We never was late in paying our rent, but yet its like "pulling teeth" to get answer's why they still wont refund your deposit money.. I am writing this to warn others not to rent there, its not a healthy invirorment to live in. Countless times I made calls there by phone and in person only to be brushed off by employer that the manager never there, too busy or just wont talk!! Please pass this on, as I surely dont want others to go thru what we had too! I hate to give this place a one star, its not worth it!
