Been going to Lou Weber Tires for 40 years. if you're expecting slick salesmanship and up selling, this is the wrong place. If you're looking for experience and expertise, a fair price and caring (but casual) personnel, this is the place for you. Send my friends there, send the a**holes somewhere else.

Lou Webber NEVER disappoints! Best value in Jacksonville, and always gets our cars back in running condition in a timely manner! I travel 40 minutes out of my way to come to his shop, and I would travel another 40! The BEST auto repair shop in Jacksonville!!!

Will not honor his warranty

I have had excellent service on numerous occasions with Lou Webber and his staff. They haven't tried to "up sell" or fix things that didn't need to be fixed. Repairs were timely and cost effective. I will continue to drive cross town for Lou's service!

The cocky, arrogant guy behind the counter is just plain rude. I was looking for a NAPA Auto Care Center, this was the closest one. I did not check the hours of operation before walking in at 5:15 pm (my bad). I asked the man about an oil change. He looked at me like I was crazy and said with a sarcastic tone in his voice, ‘we’re closin up in 10 minutes. I’ve been here since 7 this mornin.’ WOW! Would someone offer this guy some customer service classes? Because guess what? Lou Webber is not the only NAPA Auto Care Center in Jax and I don’t mind driving a little further.
