First off, let me say that it never use them. They had my laptop for over 8 MONTHS before they told me they could not fix it. Then I had to go up there to find out that they couldn't fix it. They told me they forgot to call me!!! When I receive my laptop back, it had a big hole where the speaker is at and the screen won't stand up. They MISSED UP MY COMPUTER AND NEVER FIXED IT!!!!!
