Jason Palmer of Dependable Home Buyers, it’s investors are the bottom of the barrel and biggest scumbags by using marketing companies that troll obituaries to prey on grieving families, looking to buy properties. I recd a postcard and the property is the assisted living facility my father lived in until his recent death. There is a special place in hell for Jason Palmer, Dependable Home Buyers, it’s investors and the marketing companies that they use to track down families in distress, just to make a buck.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE

This company sends out unsolicited post cards with intimidating messages about how they Urgently Need To Speak To You About Your Property. Their actually wanting to beat you out your home with some outrageous offer to buy it.

Your best bet is to AVOID responding to this company, there are many Professional Realtors who can help sell your home for way more profit than what these people would ever offer you. There praying on the elderly or needy homeowners who are more app to fall for this type scam.

Do yourself a favor, don't respond to any of their relentless bombardments of 3RD NOTICES / FINAL NOTICE tactics, simply toss any mailings you receive from this company in the trash, and call a reputable realtor.
