Not only did he arrive within hours of me calling in, Michael took the time to explain to me so I could understand what the problem was instead of just fixing it and handing me the bill. I have lived in an historic home in Riverside/Avondale for 33 years, and have a dozen rental houses, ALL of which have needed heating and air conditioning services over that time. THANK GOODNESS I have finally discovered Leggett Heating & Air for heating/air-conditioning needs! Wow! They called to tell me exactly when they were coming, the service men were MORE than courteous, the service was promptly performed and they did not leave one shred of evidence that they had been here. I'll tell you, in three decades I have dealt with dozens of different companies hired to work on these homes, and have yet to discover a more professional and reasonable company than this. You cannot go wrong hiring Leggett Heating & A.C.

What's the right thing to say when someone exceeds your expectations? Excellent, awesome, terrific? Well, I have to hand it to Leggett (again). So let's just say extraordinary! They have serviced my home AC and a rental house complete replacement. So, when I called yesterday I expected great service. And they delivered. I know that schedules get busy, but when I called at 3:15 p.m, they said... "the technician is on an appointment, but I will ask him to see you next". Within an hour the technician arrived. Promptly, he diagnosed a failed relay (age, lightning?) and replaced it. The charges were very reasonable and the house is cool, dry and comfortable. Needless to say, the family-team was very happy and pleasantly surprised with the same-day-comfort. Thank you Leggett!

I have been a customer of Leggett’s for more than forty years and have never been disappointed. So, it was easy to see why I chose them to redo my existing heating and air system. The system in my 18 year old house was never installed properly and just did not perform as it should. After an examination of the existing duct work it was easy to see what needed to be done. I was told up front that it would not be cheap to fix it right. They worked with me and we replaced most of the duct work and the inside and outside units . It took them two long days. Their techs were very professional and would not cut corners. Everything had to be just right. They even went out of their way to get me a thermostat that I wanted. I’m sure if you look around you may find it cheaper and it will cost less too. But, I don’t believe you will ever find a more professional company. So, if you want to be treated right and receive a professional job Leggett’s is the way to go.

We had a new Trane XR installed and the technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. It included an air handler and condenser, plus they built an additional return. We had gotten estimates from other local A/C companies but they indicated that the Trane units were too high tech and specialized training was required. We found that with Leggett. Very satisfied!

Have been dealing with this company and it's techs for over 30 years and their services are good enough that I have only had one repair needed and it was the capacitor. They have a great staff and the techs are knowledgeable. It is cheaper to maintain than it is to replace. My first AC from Leggett lasted approx 20 years plus. my present is 10 years old and still running great. Got a passing grade today! (grin)

Steven was absolutely professional. He systematically diagnosed the challenge and wasted no time. The customer service at their office was excellent. I was very concerned after having been defeated by my diy skills and having heard of terrible scams. but i knew i needed a pro. i had the better half reach out on the nextdoor app for advice and quickly was contacted by leggett, a local business in the avondale riverside area. I'd trust this company to any of my work colleagues, friends, and family. -Doc

He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him/her.They are doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so". Leggetts makes me feel this way and treats me like family every time. I have used them for at least 15 years if not more.They go over and beyond and believe in doing the job the way it should be.

Leggett Heating and Air went above and beyond to meet our needs. They inspected our old system one day and had the new one installed the next day! Their techs were professional and courteous, and their pricing is very competitive. We will definitely call them if we ever have any heating or cooling needs and recommend them to everybody we know!

Long over due praise for the service I received with Leggett Heating and Air. Courteous, professional service beyond compare. I\'ve never had so much comfort in my home with my new 15 seer Trane and lets not forget to mention the lower utility bills!Also when the city inspector came out to finalize the permit they had pulled, the inspector commented on how good of an install job the guys had done. Can not recommend them enough! Thanks to all!

Wow !! My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night so I called leggetts the next morning and that had a tech out & fixed my problem in no time! Not to mention that wonderful staff they have in the office so friendly !!!
