Legacy isn't a repair co. They have Adept appliances service do their work. Adept was great but not happy they have to charge more money because they pay legacy. Legacy also goes by other names. DONT CALL THEM !!!!! Call Adept direct

I didn't just pay for great repair from this company last month--I also paid for the peace of mind they gave me. All in one day, my refrigerator was producing the cold air that I needed to make sure that my groceries wouldn't spoil any more in there. Thanks guys

Found the reviews on this company and called. The manager is absolutely awesome, he must be a counselor and a technician at the same time, because he was so calm in assessing the problem over the phone and was so truthful about the matter, I felt like I could trust his judgment and expertise. The first thing he said "how do you even know that the AC unit is broken? What if it's just the filter that needs changing?" I was not home when he came to check out the problem, but my husband said he took care of it within minutes. It was the filter, which we had neglected to clean/change and it was clogged collecting ice. In the end , he repaired it, yes.

These guys give you the true prices and don't jack them up. I tell everyone I know about them.

Time spent with a technician from this is good company . I really couldn't have been treated any better. The tech was articulate and to the point. I don't normally trust many repair people, these guys are the exception.

Only at this repair company would a totally booked repairman adjust his schedule to accommodate your own.

The customer service representative from this company confirmed an appointment for the same day. I couldn't have been happier. The refrigerator is working well now.  I never had a problem with my refrigerator before but now I am not afraid if it happens again because i know there is someone I can always rely on this company.

Some appliances can be like an old car. Or , in some cases, like with my oven--you could be sold a lemon. I bought a lemon from a repair company and didn't know it, and they kept using me by repairing it over and over again. Snakes. But they is different. They got me a new oven and this time around I haven't needed a single repair yet in a year and a half . I find this company to be honest so I'll vouch for them.

They give me a great time for a service call every time that I called in. They were always working as fast as they could to get in and out of my place. I never had to call them back to redo a repair--that all leads up to me putting Legacy Appliance Repair at the top of my list of "good services to call".

Legacy Appliance Repair offers such cheap price that it's not a struggle to afford their services and I really appreciate that. I give them my certified approval because I have had yet any kind of problem with them. No over charged fees, no lateness, nothing but really good repairs done in a good amount of time.

I recently had a problem with my washer and after some googling and trying to fix it by myself I decided to give Legacy Appliance Repair a call. I had to leave a message first but they got back to me promptly. Their repair man kept the appointment, fixed the problem quickly and gave me some GREAT free advice that will most likely save me a lot of money in the future. This guys was clearly a professional who knows the value of great customer service

A neighbor recommended that I call Legacy Appliance Repair when my refrigerator crashed. I called a man came the next morning, when he said he would. He gave me options of how he should fix it if I wanted a repair versus a replacement. I was impressed enough to ask him to take a crack at my the washer . Same story: he gave me options, and let me decide. Based on my decision he carried out the repair. He didn't try to force anything on me, didn't give me a fake price , he just wanted me to make a well-informed decision of what should be done with my appliances. He said it's every customer's right to be able to make such a decision. Legacy Appliance Repair has won me over for that procedure the repair man did alone.

My roommates and I were losing our mind with not having a working fridge. Sure we can live off of chinese food for a while, but its not cost-friendly. Enter the magnificent appliance repair company. In the middle of a heatwave my AC went down and it didn't look like I would be getting it up again any time soon. I made last minute phone calls to companies who told me that they could not fix it that day. But I called Legacy Appliance Repair and explained my problem to them. They reacted immediately and told me they were sending someone . The technician arrived and was ready to work on my AC. 45 minutes later my AC was working and the heat wave was no longer invited into my home. Very fast work Legacy Appliance Repair.
