I had to give a rating even though it does not even deserve one start... cannot believe the experience that I had with this business if you want to call it that...I purchased a belt for my niece for Christmas and it was too small. Yes, I told them the wrong size. I took it back to the Pecan Park flea market location to see what they could do to try and help me. OH MY, was that a mistake, actually buying it from them in the first place was the MISTAKE!!! There was a young lady there, her name was Jennifer and she was going to try and help me, she had my niece pick out a belt and was going to exchange it, well a few minutes later Patty the owner come out and started yelling my niece's name asking who she was. Well my niece politely said "that's me" and Patty started going off on her about how she was not going to give her a free belt and that she was going to have to purchase it all over again, first off I paid $ 47.59 at this so called business and she wanted me to spend another $25 to get a belt that fit!!! Anyway, I told her that my niece was 16 years old and a minor and not to talk to her that way and "she was all like I'm sorry I am sick and don't feel good", I get not feeling well but wow! So, I told her that I was not going to pay for the belt all over again to be stuck with one that doesn't fit. Then she said that she could give it to me half price, well I had to ponder this over for a moment because I wanted my niece to have a belt, so I finally said okay I will pay the half price. That's when she yanked the belt out of my niece's hands and started screaming I am not paying for this, I am not letting you pay half price. She also started screaming at me that she hated me and that she didn't like me anymore, I mean can we say someone is acting like a child. She proceeded to tell me that she was going to call the police on me because I was being manipulative and just wanted something for free. If I wanted something for free, I wouldn't have payed what I payed to begin with. So it boils down to this, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND "THE LEATHER LADY" TO ANYONE!!!!!!
