Thank you for opening my deportation case. You canceled my deportation and fight to get me legal. Now, I can drive and work and support myself and my children. You changed my LIFE for the better. I can recommend Susan Pai to anyone.

Beware of this Woman and her Good Reviews she does not care for anyone except herself, she has done wrong to so many people. She takes peoples money and never help them.
But in this world karma takes care.

Our first adjustment of status interview did not go very well even though we were not asked many questions. The officer was rude and said we were not in a bona fide marriage because of the age difference between me and my wife. Then we got called in for a second interview when they separated us. We really did not mind coz we are really married but then other issues came up. After the second interview we called a bunch of lawyers. Most of them said they could help us but did not say how. Then we called Susan. She asked us a lot of questions I mean a lot. She would not take our case until we answered all her questions. Then she agreed to meet with us and she asked even more questions and ran background checks on both of us. My background check ended up solving the problem that came up in our second interview! Susan used to be an investigator and she thinks a lot like how the immigration thinks. Trust me you will not find a better lawyer than Susan in Jacksonville or maybe Florida.

My case was messed up. When I received a denial letter from Immigration, I was ready to give up. I called a couple immigration lawyers and prayed somebody could help me. I left a message on Susan voicemail on Sunday and received a text message from her to meet with her on Monday. She spent all afternoon with me working on a response to the denial letter. Susan is passionate about representing immigrants. Her father was a refugee and her family are immigrants from North Korea and Brazil. She understands how it feels to try to find your place in America as a stranger in a strange land. When all was done, I finally visited my mothers grave. Thank youSusan.

I would recommend Susan with one caveat – you should be proficient with the technology she uses. I myself am fond of the way she works because she does all your work herself. your case does not get fobbed off on a secretary or young attorney. I also like her tech because it streamlines the process and makes all transparent. However, if you are not comfortable with using technology, you might have a difficult time. Susan is highly intelligent. If you do not understand something you need to let her know and she will take the time to explain.

Incredibly the Embassy produced a DNA test that said I was not related to my mother and on that basis they denied my green card. I contacted Susan Pai and she not only submitted new DNA evidence proving I am in fact my mothers daughter but proved the original DNA test from the Embassy was fake !!!!
I got my green card and a great lawyer !

After my marriage to a U.S. Citizen, I was informed that my case is delayed due to security checks. I waited for 3 years calling, writing letters, speaking to our local politician, requesting several attorneyshelp , all to no avail. However, I met Attorney Pai, who carefully prepared my case and threatened to file mandamus. I got my green card exactly 4 months after I met Attorney Pai !!!

I have attended many seminars conducted by Susan Pai. Her knowledge of immigration law is unsurpassed. Sometimes I don’t want to hear what she thinks is coming down because she is always right. She has this uncanny ability to predict the future when it comes to immigration. I’ve known her for over 6 years and she predicted what is happening now 5 years ago. I call her the Immigration Nostradamus. Seriously, I’ve learned a lot from Susan not only about the future of immigration but about ethics, professionalism, and her favorite topic: due diligence. She has fundamentally changed the way I work up my cases. I in turn am now training others. If you have a chance to catch her on the radio, on TV or at a seminar, I highly recommend you do so.

I appreciate Atty. Pai she actually believedstanding against bullying by immigration. She stayed in court from 6to 6 pm to get my family member out of detention. I never saw anything like it. The prosecutor would not bring my family member to court and Atty. Pai made them bring him. Then they lost his paperwork and wanted to skip the hearing Atty. Pai stood her ground. She made sure that the prosecutor knew she was not going anywhere until my family member was released. Oh my God the prosecutor but it worked. She stayed very professional. She is honest and really cares about her clients. She will fight for her clients. I highly recommend her to all people

Do not fall for the bullshit lies people tell you… Susan Pai will always always tell you how it is and what it is helping others who need her knowledge and expertise. I learned the hard way that nothing in immigration is as easy as the bullshit people tell you. She is A Great Justice Fighter…a Great Lawyer.

I saw Susan Pai in court and was blown away. There were at least 20 lawyers there and not one would stand up for these poor people in court who had no idea what was going on. I’m glad there are still lawyers like Susan Pai around. I enjoyed watching her in action.

The Law Office of Susan Pai failed our L1a renewal

The Law Office of Susan Pai lost our L1a renewal. Having submitted the renewal application to the USCIS we received a RFE. The RFE was dated Oct 9th 2013 and the deadline date was 4th Jan 2014. This gave Susan Pai’s office 3 months to complete the RFE. The RFE points were very minor and surrounding ‘the proving of executive duties’. Countless times we chased the Law Office of Susan Pai asking what information they required and asking when the RFE response would be submitted. We were constantly told it would be submitted. It was not. We kept asking and asking again. With two weeks to go before the deadline we asked again when it would be submitted. We were told the entire office was closed for Christmas. With 1 week to go we were desperate and kept on asking what the situation was. On Jan 2nd we asked if everything was ready to submit before the end of the day so to meet the deadline and we got a one word email back saying ‘yes’. Up until this point we were extremely worried as we were advised the Law Office of Susan Pai would be sending us a ‘template’ to help prove executive duties. This was never received despite chasing the information almost daily for a matter of weeks. WE WERE SHOCKED when on Friday January 3rd at 5:05pm (the day before the Jan 4th deadline.) we received a phone call from Susan Pai to go over the whole RFE. She asked for our CPA’s qualifications, contracts of employments for our UK staff, 2013 accounts and lots of other information, some of which was almost impossible to get out of office hours. We started having misgivings about Susan’s knowledge of the case when the morning of the RFE deadline (Jan 4th) she asked where the gross sales came from in 2012 when we didn’t open for business until March 2013. We started trading in November 2012 which our L1a renewal application (submitted by Susan) clearly stated. Susan also asked what address we had been trading from prior to March 2013. This was concerning as she had photos of the office and rent receipts dated from March 2012. We worked like crazy to collate all of the information required. We felt sick, bewildered and upset that this was left until the last minute. Susan said that because the RFE deadline landed on a weekend it was acceptable for it to arrive with USCIS the next working day. We asked why it was left so late and she said that some case guidance had changed and she was waiting to see what it would show. She said that based on this case the RFE response being so late was “a blessing in disguise because we will confirm entirely to this brand new case such that it will be very difficult to justify not extending” the L1a visa. Susan assured us that the RFE was strong. The next day Susan sent us an email stating she anticipated no problem but just in case we were declined to get some other information ready. The pack arrived with the USCIS on Jan 6th and the RFE was subsequently denied. On reading the denial the original RFE points were not addressed sufficiently. The point was simply to show the executive duties of the L1a applicant. This should be simple for an immigration lawyer to show. The second point of the denial was that in one month the Companies bank balance was under $2000. The Company commissions factories to manufacture in bulk and on some odd days the account was that low. The U.S Company has the ability to transfer funds from the UK Company to cover any shortfall the U.S entity may have. At no point from the initial L1a application through to the L1a renewal were we advised to prevent the bank balance of the USA entity from dropping below a certain level. We had met and in some cases exceeded what the Company set out to do in the initial L1a business plan. We were devastated...
