My fiancé was arrested due to a miscommunication with her and a police officer. Her family hired him because he spoke Spanish and he would be able to talk with her. he did nothing to get her a first appearance in front of a judge. When the first appearance finally happened even though had been paid a large amount of money contacted the family the day before she to go in front of the judge and demanded that the family paid him more money or he would not represent her. The family had no choice to pay him. This was two weeks before my her scheduled court date, We tried daily to contact him and he never once responded back to our emails or phone calls until the day before the court date when we received a phone call office demanding that we pay another huge amount of money that day We told the office to please has let us not what we were paying for when I had done all the work talking with the state attorney and responded with an email with very vague description of work he had done.
