The service here is consistently horrible! Especially if you actually want to sit outside and enjoy the weather! Have never had this problem at any other LaNapolera so I'm assuming its the management at this particular one.

This is the WORST EVER DINING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I had to leave one star for the posting, they don't even deserve that. The food was cold and smelled and tasted like DOG FOOD. I send my food back twice (I'm not hard to please) After going the the manager and general manager, they only made excuses. I didn't pay for my food, because I sent it back. My parents even though they were not happy w/their food, had to pay for it because they ate some of it. They are elderly and didn't want to complain. ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING!!!!

This was our first time at this restaurant, and def..LAST...At first we were like ok, this might be good, walk in , No welcome, they just ask how many, and take you to the seating area, don't even ask booth or table option.Then leave, not saying a word. Then after sitting there at the table for like over five minutes the so-called waiter comes, delivers chips, salsa and leaves. Salsa is spicy, and chips non salty and over fried.Then another five minutes later, he comes back orders our drinks and leaves. Another five minutes or so later, he comes back with drinks, and leaves, yet, again. Ten minutes later, and I actually timed everything, so, he came back ordered our food. Twenty minutes later, here comes our food, a little weird on the food arrangement, grease is old, or they fried the food too much, our drinks was empty then a so-called manager came and refilled them, had to ask for straws, forks were dirty, and there was fly's on tables, and even on a customers shirt, in which he did not know because they were on his back where we could see. None of the waiters greet with a smile or even say their name. Bathrooms, ok, but they do not spray bacteria cleaner on tables either, they just use a towel, over and over again. Uniforms saggy waist line, not professional outlook on them at all. Dust all over fixtures, walk, etc. I grade this restaurant an F, due non-hospitality, Non-professional host and staff, and environment non-safe. Food was def a D--, due to we only ate half. I recommend, going to another restaurant instead of this one. One I personally luv, is a whole in the wall, called Chico's Mexican restaurant in Palatka. They have never failed us yet, and after experiencing this restaurant, I rather drive out of my way for them. Plus my daughter got sick, shortly after we left, so no go. I usually love La Nop, but this was our first and last visit to this location. First off, they are far too busy! My husband and I went there this evening for dinner and I put our name down on the wait list and was told it would be 25 minites. We decided to go walk around at the store across the street since there was no where to sit and wait. We were gone less than 10 min and when we went back I asked the hostess if they called us yet and she said yes. Ok, fine. No big deal. It seemed to have calmed down a bit since so I had her put my name down again. She simply put a star next to my name. We wait outside in the cold for 30min! My husband goes in to find out how much longer and she forgot about us and said we would be next. now we are waiting inside the crowded entry and they call about 4 other names!!! And 2 of them were couples. So I went up to her and told her to take our name off the list...like she even knew it was there and we went over to Moes. That hostess was a complete airhead. We will never go back there again.
