On February 14th, 2014 - around 4:30PM, I contacted (girlfriend) and asked if she had received anything from me. She had not. I contacted Kuhn Flowers and was told they could not gurantee delivery by 5PM. I asked for fresh flowers to be delivered to Laurie on Monday, February 17th,



2014. As of Tuesday, February 18th, 5PM, she had not received them.



This is what I believe to be the worst customer service experience I have witnessed. Thank you for doing your part in ruining my girlfriend's Valentine's Day surprise (as well as the two following business days we had planned to celebrate due to your late delivery). In fact, (girlfriend's) gift for me was also delayed until the 18th. However, the delay was due to the major snow storm so THAT was understandable. Thankfully, she is confident enough in our relationship that she appreciates my intentions.

Don't buy flowers from Kuhn's in Jacksonville FL! Horrible customer service! We called them two weeks before Mother's Day to inquire about a single hand held bouquet of flowers for a trash the dress photo shoot happening the day before Mother's Day. The lady on the phone said they would not take the order on the phone because we needed to come in and look at page 5 of the wedding book to pick something. A week later we go in to the store, ask for the book, and were told sorry it is to close to Mother's Day and we will not help you! We asked to speak to the manager and she told us the same thing! Unbelievable, all the years I have done business with them, funerals, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day; never again!

I ordered flowers for my Aunt...

I ordered flowers for my Aunt's memorial service they all came wrong sent back two to be fixed came back late after service started still incorrect and when i called that same day to get reimbursement the were rude and unsympathetic and hung up on me and will not accept any further calls regarding this order if i could post the pics i would i will never use them again and suggest an all out boycott . I was informed by the company that the owner just lost his mother-in-law and I pray his own company does not treat their service the same way. You would think he would have more compassion to the situation as his family are going thru the same emotions. And Have A Very Blessed Day
